HOW BLOOD CIRCULATE THROUGH THE VESSEL 


According to Medial experts, the flow of Blood circulates continuously from the heart through branching arteries to reach and move through the tine vessels in all areas of the body, reconverging in veins and returning to the heart, where it flows through the lungs before returning to the heart to complete the circuit once more.  


When the blood circulates, it distribute hormones, numerous other chemicals, water, heat, and waste for excretion, as well as the supply of oxygen from the lungs and nourishment from the gut, are all dependent on the blood's uninterrupted flow. They suggest that you do some physical exercises for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. Trekking or road works and engaging in other forms of activities that could make you sweat is also encouraged.

Swimming in a pool is also a good form of physical activity that will help to maintain blood circulation. LIMIT YOUR ALCOHOL INTAKES:


Too much of alcohol consumption can damage your blood vessels and increase your risk of heart disease. When you limit your alcohol intake, it can help keep your blood vessels healthy.
