Throughout life, the company we keep plays a significant role in shaping our experiences, attitudes, and outcomes. While it is important to surround ourselves with supportive, inspiring, and positive individuals, it is equally crucial to identify and distance ourselves from those who may negatively impact our lives. Here are the types of people you should not keep in touch with in your lifetime.

1. The Constantly Negative

Negativity is contagious. Individuals who consistently view life through a lens of pessimism can drain your energy and dampen your enthusiasm. They often focus on problems rather than solutions, spreading doubt and fear. Maintaining close relationships with such people can lead you to adopt a similar mindset, stifling your growth and making it difficult to achieve your goals. It’s important to distance yourself from those who always see the glass as half empty.

2. The Manipulative

Manipulative people are skilled at bending others to their will, often without their targets even realizing it. They use tactics like guilt, flattery, or deception to get what they want, frequently at your expense. Over time, their influence can erode your sense of self-worth and autonomy.
