Dangote has cement factory and a fertilizer company in Nigeria. Why is the FG not the only one buying cement and fertilizer from Dangote to sell to Nigerians. Why is the FG only interested in buying PMS from Dangote through NNPC to sell to Nigerians at dollar rate? For imported PMS, NNPC gave marketers licenses to assist import, but now they want to be the sole buyer that would be the only authorized buyer to buy directly from Dangote just so that the Malta refinery business will not die a natural death.
