The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), under the visionary leadership of its dynamic Managing Director, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, has launched Project HOPE (Holistic Opportunities Programmes for Engagement). This innovative initiative is strategically designed to tackle unemployment and empower the youth of the Niger Delta region. By creating opportunities across diverse sectors, the program aims to address the unique challenges faced by young people in the region while fostering sustainable economic growth and development.

Core Objectives of Project HOPE

At its core, Project HOPE is a comprehensive approach to youth development and empowerment. It encompasses eight distinct programs, each tailored to leverage the region's strengths, address skill gaps, and create sustainable job opportunities.
