Lawmakers visit Nembe-Brass road, Otueke-Onuebum road, others
Members of the Bayelsa State House Committee on Works and Infrastructure have continued their oversight functions with their visit to the historic Nembe-Brass road to see the progress of work.
Other projects inspected include: Otuoke-Onuebum Road, Agbura/Ox-Bow Lake Road, Access Road at Plot 079, Azikoro GRA and Road 24, opposite Prosco.
The Chairman of the Committee, Hon. Benard Kenebai, commended Governor Douye Diri for his boldness and political will to initiate the Nembe-Brass road, describing it as legacy project.
Conducted round the projects sites by Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, ESV Moses Teibowei, the House Committee chairman, called on the Federal Government and international oil companies to collaborate with the state government for the timely completion of the project to the benefit of all.
