On behalf of all ijaw's residents of Rivers state we wish to welcome and congratulate His Excellency Siminalayi Fubara The Executive Governor of Rivers state, and Her Excellency Prof. Ngozi Nma Odu the Deputy Governor of Rivers State and the entire members of the Rivers state House of Assembly for their successful returning back to take position as governors and legislatures to run the affairs of Rivers state after the expiration of the state of emergency. We pray that the Almighty God continue protecting the governor and his Family and His cabinet and give them wisdom to govern the State to a glorious height.
