He is currently the National President, Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (APNM)

Papa Enamhe has served in the government of Cross River State in different capacities, as fomer Chief of Staff to the Deputy Governor (HE, Chief John Okpa) in Governor Duke's administration,
Special Assistant on Youth Matters to Governor Imoke,
Senior Special Assistant on Communication and Branding to Governor Ayade in his first term and currently, he is the Special Adviser to the Governor on New Media
Papa DC Enamhe is also a unionist par excellence who served Student Union in different capacities and in the political front too; he was the First President of NACRISS World Wide, Former President of NAACP, Former SRC President, Nigerian Law School, Abuja, Former President NANCRISS World Wide, Former NAOS President, Foundation Member of PDP/Convener, Secretary - Governor Duke's Inauguration Committee, Member- President Musa Yar'Adua's Inauguration Committee, Member- PDP Presidential Compaign Council for the past 10 years
 
Papa Enamhe, who is a Lecturer in the University of Calabar and was until recently the Executive Secretary-UNiCAL NUGA 2026 
He is married to his beautiful wife Pam and they are blessed with some of the most amazing models as children, Barack’Obama and his sisters

Wabara Responds to Wike’s Criticism By Wisdom Tide  January 31st, 2025 Senator Adolphus Wabara, former Senate President and current Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Board of Trustees, has responded to recent verbal attacks from Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Wike, in a live television interview, had questioned Wabara’s competence for his role and referenced past corruption allegations against him. Disappointment with Wike’s Remarks Wabara, as reported by  Daily Post , expressed deep disappointment over Wike’s statements, condemning them as reckless and inappropriate. He emphasized that as a former high-ranking government official, he would not lower himself to engage in such public confrontations.
