He has visited some of the tourism attraction sites accompanied by one of the topmost Tourism guru, a former SSA to the governor on Tourism, Dr Piriye Kiyaramo, setting the next face of the Tourism agenda of Bayelsa state.

1. Bayelsa Tourism Summit: One of his initiatives is his plan to organize Bayelsa Tourism Summit. Infrastructure Projects: Honourable Alla has inspected some of the key infrastructure projects the Ox-Bow Lake facilities, the wonderful Lake Efi located in the Kolokuma/Opokuma LGA, a visit to the Bayelsa State NUJ Chairman, Comrade Samuel Numonengi and has issured Press Statements, all of these aimed at enhancing the state's tourism appeal. He plans to  renovate existing tourist sites, the development of new attractions, and the improvement of transportation networks in collaboration with the state government.
