“We defied the heavy rains to be here. And we have seen a very progressive job being done, it means that the company is working and our monies are not in vain. This justifies the billions that are coming here, we are impressed and advise you to continue your work.
“You are aware that we have passed the variation you brought during our last state executive council meeting which came up to about N61billion,” Governor Diri stated.
The Governor was accompanied on the inspection by ESV Moses Teibowei, Commissioner for works and infrastructure, Mr. Alalibo West, commissioner for Special Duties, Bayelsa East, Chief David Alagoa, Executive Chairman of Nembe Local Government Area, Mr. Irorodamie Komonibo, Deputy Chief of Staff, Government House, Rtd. General Eric Angaye, and other top government officials.
