The life and career of AMBASSADOR (DR.) GODKNOWS BOLADEI IGALI, OON, represent a sophisticated intersection of high-stakes diplomacy, national administrative reform, and intellectual leadership. As a retired career diplomat and former Federal Permanent Secretary, Dr. Igali has consistently operated at the vanguard of Nigeria’s strategic interests, most notably in his current capacity as the NATIONAL CHAIRMAN OF THE PAN NIGER DELTA FORUM (PANDEF). In this pivotal role, he serves as a primary advocate for the developmental equity and socio-political interests of the Niger Delta, a responsibility mirrored by his traditional elevation as the IBETARIOWEI OF IZONLAND, signifying his role as the "Guardian of the Interests" of the Ijaw people.

IN POLITICAL AND INTERNATIONAL STUDIES from the University of Venezuela, an M.A. IN INTERNATIONAL LAW AND DIPLOMACY from the University of Lagos, and a B.A. IN HISTORY from the University of Port Harcourt. His scholarship is internationally recognized through award-winning publications, including Perspectives on Nation-State Formation in Contemporary Africa, which earned the GOLD SEAL AWARD OF LITERARY EXCELLENCE.
