​The union has outlined three key financial demands essential to ending the ongoing strike action:

• ​Consolidated Academic Tools Allowance: Immediate payment of the Consolidated Academic Tools Allowance.
• ​Allowance Arrears: Full settlement of all accumulated arrears for the Consolidated Academic Tools Allowance starting from January 2026.
• ​Wage Award Arrears: Full payment covering 19 months of outstanding arrears related to the 25\%\text{--}35\% wage award.
